Meet Mary Chevreau

As of this week, we have a new Chief Executive Officer heading up Kitchener Public Library. We’ll let Mary Chevreau settle in a bit before we bombard her with questions, but here’s a little information about our new leader:

Mary is a library consultant and the founder of MEC Consulting, and has worked with public libraries to improve customer experience, programs and collections, and to integrate e-content.

Before starting her own business, she served as Vice President of North American Sales for a total of eight years at Innovative Interfaces and Innovative Enterprises, which create and support library systems. She was also a key player in the creation of the Public Library Directors’ Symposium.

In addition to a long history of leadership and business experience, Mary has demonstrated a commitment to Kitchener Public Library.
